Pixies, in Here commes your man, Doolittle, label 4AD, 1989, est un groupe de rock américain s’inspirant du punk rock, originaire de Boston, fondé en 1984 par Black Francis (né Charles Thompson IV, et ayant eu pour nom d’artiste Frank Black entre 1993 et 2006) (chant et guitare rythmique), Joey Santiago (guitare solo), Kim Deal (basse et chant) et David Lovering (batterie). Les Pixies se sépareront en 1993 avant de se reformer en 2004. Les textes des chansons du groupes sont quasi tous écrits par Frank Black et sont souvent obscurs voire surréalistes.

Pixies, in Here commes your man, Doolittle, label 4AD, 1989, is an American punk rock band from Boston, founded in 1984 by Black Francis (born Charles Thompson IV, and having had as artist name Frank Black between 1993 and 2006) (vocals and rhythm guitar), Joey Santiago (lead guitar), Kim Deal (bass and vocals) and David Lovering (drums). The Pixies will split in 1993 before reforming in 2004. The lyrics of the band’s songs are almost all written by Frank Black and are often obscure or even surreal.
